Kali Wysoczanski
Owner / Director
Kali Wysoczanski started her dance education in New Jersey where she was raised. At a very young age she expanded her studies in New York City at Alvin Ailey, Joffrey Ballet and Joffrey Jazz Contemporary. She furthered her education under the instruction of Finis Jhung, John Magnus, Francesca Corkle, Kat Wildish and many more. After graduating high school, Kali was accepted into a modern dance company called MAD about Dance where she was a soloist and assistant to the director. She has filmed a pilot for MTV called Dance or Drop and has performed multiple times on Bronx Live Television. Ms Wysoczanski has danced for many companies around New York City including Urban Dance Collective, Balasole Dance, and Undertoe Dance Fusion. Aside from performing and teaching she is also a seasoned judge for Starbound National Dance Competition and Throw Down Dance Challenge. Kali has taught at the College of Mount Saint Vincent and Bronx Community College under the guidance of Professor Michiyo Tanaka. Miss Kali currently teaches and choreographs aspiring dancers all around New Jersey where she has won multiple awards for her creative and innovative choreography!
Taylor Vigario
Head Teacher & Choreographer
Taylor, from Monroe Township NJ, has been dancing since the age of two and was given a spot on a competitive team at the age of seven. She has training in numerous styles including, but not limited to tap, hip hop, contemporary, jazz and ballet.
Taylor has had the opportunity to grow as a dancer through her experiences with teachers and choreographers such as Stacy Paydo, Wanda Weir, Toya Ambrose, Katie Lane, and Karl Mundt. She looks forward to continuing to learn from well known professionals in the dance industry.
Taylor is a full time student at The College of New Jersey where she is an Education major. She has always had a passion for teaching young children, which only grew when she was given the opportunity to become a teaching assistant at a young age. At TCNJ Taylor is a member of the competitive Dance Team, where she is coached by Jennifer Whitford, UDA instructor and choreographer. She has had the privilege of dancing in the team’s competition routines at regional and national competitions, including UDA's College Dance Team Championships. In addition she performs jazz, pom and hip hop routines at TCNJ sporting events.
Miss Taylor was part of the original Diamond K Dance Company in 2018. She graduated as Diamond K's first Dancer of the Year and now is so excited to be teaching and choreographing! Miss Taylor teaches beginner tap and advanced hip hop!
Alexa Herndon
Teacher and Choreographer
Miss Alexa, from Sayreville, NJ discovered her love for dancing at the young age of three. Her journey into competitive dancing began at nine, and she has since received training in various dance genres like ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and tap. In 2016, Alexa's passion for teaching ignited when she had the opportunity to assist Kali Wysoczanski in different dance genres. This experience led her to teach and choreograph alongside Miss Kali.
Having been part of the original Diamond K Dance Company in 2018, Alexa is now thrilled to continue her journey as a teacher and choreographer for Diamond Ks Company. She imparts her knowledge in multiple dance styles, eagerly sharing her deep love for dance with her students. During her high school years, Alexa showcased her leadership skills as the captain of the dance team. In this role, she created and choreographed diverse dances for her team to perform at various high school activities, showcasing her versatility in choreography. Alexa's dance journey involved learning from renowned choreographers and teachers, including Al Blackstone, Thang Dao, Gianna Martello, Victor Smalley, Misha Gabriel, Travis Wall, and Katie Drablos. She also had the privilege of closely training with the Mason Gross Ballet program in 2019, participating in an intensive workshop focused on ballet. In addition to her passion for dance, Alexa is a full-time student at Georgian Court University, majoring in Special Education. Her love for helping others succeed has been evident since a young age, and she looks forward to the future as a Special Education teacher. Alexa's diverse experiences in dance and education showcase her dedication to both her artistic and academic pursuits.
Andrea Wachholtz
Ballet Instructor
Andrea Wachholtz was introduced to dance at the young age of three at Albee School of Dance, in Brooklyn, NY, under the direction of Fred and Nana Albee. They gave Andrea her inspiration and first formal training. Years later, she received a full scholarship to the school of The Feld Ballet Company. From there, Andrea went on to graduate Adelphi University with a BFA degree and immediately began touring with The Empire State Ballet Company. Over the years, Andrea performed with such companies as Xing Ballet Company, Royal Dance Theatre, Mime Internationale, Buffalo City Ballet, Staten Island Ballet, Some Dance Company, Ballet Deviare and Shakespeare Theatre Company.
Select institutions where Andrea has taught: The Arts in Education Institute, Performing Arts High School, Poly Prep Country Day School, Summit Gymnastics and Paragon Gymnastics, just to name a few.
She has coached and trained many students who went on to attend American Ballet Theater’s JKO school, ABT summer programs, LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts, Alvin Ailey, Martha Graham, Princeton Ballet as well as many prestigious college and university dance programs.
Andrea opened and ran her own studio, Andrea in Motion inc., successfully, for ten years.
She is a certified teacher with American Ballet Theater, a judge for regional and national dance competitions, as well as, a guest teacher, coach and published author.
Andrea also provides studio consulting, teacher training workshops and workshop training sessions for assistant teachers.
She is committed to her continued growth, injury prevention, and the development of exciting new programming.
